Matthew Burch
Founder & Principal
Matthew was born in New Orleans but grew up in Nashville where he now lives with his wife Elizabeth and twin children Hayes & Sophie. He attended Wake Forest University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Science in Accounting, previously working as an entrepreneur across industries (from commercial real estate development to an internet radio station to restaurants and everything in between). It was these experiences where Matthew really learned that no matter what you’re doing, its the people who matter the most.
Matthew currently holds his insurance producer’s license in: AL, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NC, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, & WY
Lucas Abernathy
Co-Founder & Senior Agent
Lucas is a homegrown born and raised Nashvillian. He attended college in nearby Murfreesboro at Middle Tennessee State University majoring in Exercise Science. After receiving his degree, Lucas moved back home to Nashville starting his first business in the logistics industry where he helped fleet owners expand their businesses. This invaluable experience lit a fire in him as his true passion of Helping Other People Everyday as many times a day as possible.
Still residing in Nashville, Lucas wakes up excited every day to help spread HOPE to as wide as he can.

Colton Bruso
Co-Founder & Senior Agent
Colton was born and raised in the small town of Prescott, AZ and recently moved out to Nashville, pursuing a new life alongside his sister Hayley. After getting an education in IT infrastructure, he switched career paths & enlisted in the U.S. Army Infantry. While in the army, he became the radio operator for his platoon of 60 soldiers. Using his ample life experience & earned knowledge working with diverse groups of people, Colton aims to help as many people as time allows.
It's Helping that drives him day in and day out. Providing the best service, product, and experience for each and every person he comes in contact with.
